  5.         A common equalizer, fair to all concerned. It appears to be
  6.         what is needed. A set of rules that apply to all!  However,
  7.         many players have never established a U.S.G.A handicap...

  9.         Well, now is the time, the price is right. ShareWare is the
  10.         best way to test software. Notice I said test.
  11.  
  12.         Now I'm not going to say this is the best thing since sliced
  13.         bread, but I will tell you how it is written and how to use
  14.         this diamond in the rough.

  16.         Please keep in mind that I followed all the rules I had at
  17.         the time I wrote this program and that it IS NOT approved in
  18.         any way, shape, or form by the U.S.G.A.

  21.                                  The Rules

  23.         At the time I wrote this program, the rules appeared to be
  24.         as follows:

  26.         Take the lowest 10 scores out of 20, subtract the course
  27.         rating from each of the 10 lowest scores. Average what is
  28.         left and multiply by 96%.
  29.  
  30.         Simple enough, this program does just that. Now what if...
  31.         the 96% is changed, write a new program. No way Jose' just
  32.         do the Initial Setup from the Main Menu. But not everybody
  33.         plays the same course, you know, the rating.  No problemo,
  34.         It's all in the wrists.  You should have seen it when you
  35.         did the Initial Setup.

  44.        dollars writing ShareWare programs. However, I do believe that
